The rules for using the site. Short and plain.
You must be 18 or older, or the age of majority where you live if that's older, to use this site. By using it you're telling us you are.
Most videos on Pineapple Watersports are embedded from other sites, mainly Pornhub and RedGifs. We don't host, upload or store those. They play in those sites' own players, from their servers, under their rules. If a video is removed there, it stops playing here.
Some photos and videos come from the artists themselves, who send them to us to use on their pages. Thumbnails may be copies of the cover pictures those sites provide.
To have something taken down, see Content Removal.
We can remove any comment or suggestion, and block anyone who breaks these rules.
Tips go straight from your wallet to the artist's. We never hold the money, take a cut, or control the transfer, so we can't reverse, refund or recover a tip. Check the address before you send; a tip sent to the wrong address or the wrong network is gone. Tips are gifts to artists, not payments for content. Crypto values go up and down.
Each person gets a limited number of votes per category. We can reset votes (we do this when each week's winner is picked), and remove votes we think are fake.
The site is provided as it is. We do our best to keep it working and accurate, but we can't promise it will always be available or error-free, and we aren't responsible for other sites we link to or embed.
These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia and Canada. We may update them; the date below shows when they last changed. Questions: alex@pineapplewatersports.com.
