No uploads. Every clip is reviewed.
Nobody can upload a video to Pineapple Watersports. Most clips in the galleries and on the artist pages are embedded from the site they're posted on. Some photos and videos come from the artists themselves, who send them to us to use on their pages. Every one of them was looked at and added by us.
Visitors can suggest an artist or a clip, but a suggestion is only a message to us. Nothing from a suggestion appears on the site until we've checked it and added it ourselves, and if we're not sure about a clip, it doesn't go up.
Consent and age
Everyone in every clip must be 18 or older and must have agreed to the video being made and shared. Here's what's checked, and by whom:
- Clips hosted on Pornhub: Pornhub requires government ID and signed consent from every performer in every video uploaded to it.
- Artists who are in touch with us: artists with their own page here, and artists in Artist of the Year, deal with us directly. Many have recorded a verification video for us, on camera, saying their name and this site, which is shown on their page.
- Photos and videos from the artists themselves: sent to us directly by the artist who is in them, to use on their page. If anyone else is in them, they must have agreed too.
- Clips hosted on RedGifs and other sites: these are clips posted publicly on those sites. We can't confirm that those sites check the age and consent of everyone in every clip the same way, so we check what we can before adding a clip, and if anyone tells us there's a problem, the clip comes down.
Report any clip
Every clip on the site has a Report flag under it. Use it if someone in it may be under 18, if someone in it didn't consent, if it's your video and you didn't give permission, or for anything else that's wrong.
- A report that someone may be under 18, or that someone didn't consent, takes the clip off this site right away, before anyone has looked at it. It stays off until we've checked it.
- Every other report is reviewed, usually within a couple of days.
- You can also email alex@pineapplewatersports.com. See Content removal for what to send.
If someone may be under 18, please also report it to Cybertip.ca, Canada's national tipline, and to the site that hosts the video.
Never allowed
- Anyone under 18, or anyone who looks like they could be.
- Anything filmed or shared without the agreement of everyone in it: hidden cameras, leaked or stolen videos, revenge porn.
- Anyone asleep, drunk, drugged or otherwise unable to agree.
- Violence, or anything illegal where it was made.
If we find anything like this, it comes down and doesn't come back.
